Candlelight Restorative Yoga at Woodward Studios is a donation-based Denver yoga experience designed for relaxation, gentle movement, and mindful connection. Held on select Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM, the class combines restorative yoga, gentle stretching, breathwork, and calming movement in an intimate, art-filled studio environment.
